2. Where is Bear Hugs located and do you have physical stores?

3.What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer fast and reliable shipping across India, US, EU including UK and the Middle East. Delivery times vary based on your location and the location of the warehouse the product ships from, but we aim to dispatch orders within our standard processing time of 2 days. Orders within India from our Indian warehouse typically take 5-6 business days. Orders from our international warehouses take 12-16 business days on an average. 8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?
Yes, we completely understand the preference for Cash on Delivery. We offer COD on eligible orders across India. CoD is only available for products which have vendor listed as Bear Hugs since these products ship out from India via domestic shipping partners.
Products that have vendors listed as Bear Hugs HK or Bear Hugs UK do not have CoD since international couriers are not permitted to collect cash as per Government guidelines. Please check the available payment options during checkout to see if COD is available for your order and location.
9. How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a link to the courier's website via email or WhatsApp. You can use this information to track the real-time status of your shipment and check on your delivery. Please note this feature is only for products that ship from our Indian warehouse. For international products, you will directly get the delivery at your doorstep as these are batch shipped.
