Orders within India from our Indian warehouse typically take 5-6 business days. Orders from our international warehouses take 12-16 business days on an average. Yes, we completely understand the preference for Cash on Delivery. We offer COD on eligible orders across India. CoD is only available for products which have vendor listed as Bear Hugs since these products ship out from India via domestic shipping partners.
Products that have vendors listed as Bear Hugs HK or Bear Hugs UK do not have CoD since international couriers are not permitted to collect cash as per Government guidelines. Please check the available payment options during checkout to see if COD is available for your order and location.
