- Once your computer recognizes the screen as a disk, drag and drop your video files (horizontal format for 16:9 or vertical format for 9:16) into the VIDEO folder and pictures into the PIC folder.

Ensure Correct Format:
- If you have a horizontal display frame (16:9), ensure all videos and pictures are in horizontal format before uploading.
- If you have a vertical display frame (9:16), ensure all videos and pictures are in vertical format before uploading.
- Note: This frame does not support 1:1 format for pictures and videos.

Yes, we completely understand the preference for Cash on Delivery. We offer COD on eligible orders across India. CoD is only available for products which have vendor listed as Bear Hugs since these products ship out from India via domestic shipping partners.
Products that have vendors listed as Bear Hugs HK or Bear Hugs UK do not have CoD since international couriers are not permitted to collect cash as per Government guidelines. Please check the available payment options during checkout to see if COD is available for your order and location.
