Festive Gold Coin Lucky Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Entry

  • The “Stand a Chance to Win a 10g Gold Coin” offer is valid exclusively for completed, single-transaction purchases with a net order value exceeding ₹50,000 INR on bearhugs.in.

  • The promotional period ends at 11:59 PM IST on November 15, 2026.

  • Orders that are canceled, refunded, or partially returned, resulting in the final retained order value falling below ₹50,000 INR, will be automatically disqualified from the lucky draw.

  • All qualifying purchases remain subject to Bear Hugs’ standard policies, including the strict non-cancellation policy applicable to International/On-Demand Direct (ODD) orders.

2. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • One (1) winner will be selected through a randomized draw from the pool of eligible orders that have been successfully delivered.

  • The draw will take place after the 7-day return window has closed for all qualifying orders placed during the promotional period.

  • The winner will be announced on Bear Hugs’ official social media channels and contacted directly via the email address and phone number associated with the winning order by November 30, 2026.

3. Prize Claim & Verification

  • The prize consists of one (1) standard 10-gram gold coin. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any alternative merchandise.

  • The winner must provide valid, government-issued photo identification (KYC) for verification. The identification details must match the billing name and address associated with the winning order.

  • Any applicable tax liabilities, including tax deducted at source (TDS) under the Indian Income Tax Act, in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. General Terms & Legal Conditions

  • Bear Hugs reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.

  • The requirement to provide a single, continuous, and uninterrupted unboxing video remains strictly applicable to any product claims relating to the qualifying order.

  • Any suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation, or abuse of Bear Hugs’ policies may result in disqualification from the promotion.

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
